In addition, we are guaranteed the lowest group rate in exchange for volume. Because of this, booking rooms outside of Impact Housings negotiated blocks is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to reward nights, advance purchase rates or company negotiated rates. Impacts group rates may also include amenities not included in rates advertised to the public.
