Welcome! Impact Housing has negotiated specific terms that protect our teams from penalties with regard to tournament cancellations including age bracket cancellations. In addition, we are guaranteed the lowest group rate in exchange for volume. Because of this, booking rooms outside of Impact Housings negotiated blocks is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to reward nights, advance purchase rates or company negotiated rates. Impacts group rates may also include amenities not included in rates advertised to the public. The sooner you request your rooms the better chance you have of securing one of your top choices. Please note the 8.95 service fee is nonrefundable and will be charged at the time of booking along with a deposit. Information regarding cancellation, changes and refunds can be found on the booking page and will be reflected in your guest receipt. The remaining balance will be due at the hotel.
