We are pleased to assist you in securing hotel rooms for the 9th Annual Laxtoberfest.
This is a “Stay to Play" event: All groups, teams, and guests MUST book their hotel reservations via this site. ***DO NOT CONTACT YOUR HOTEL DIRECTLY*** Housing closes out 2 weeks prior to the event, if you are still needing accommodations after this time, please contact us directly at [email protected]. You will receive your hotel confirmation number approximately one week prior to the event, only at that time may you contact the hotel directly for assistance.
Choose your hotel and click “View Rates”, then click "Create Group Block". Fill out the form to place rooms on hold. Note: An email will immediately be sent to you with a Reservation Booking LINK. Please forward it to your team members so that they can reserve their room from your BLOCK. This is a temporary hold, so the reservations must be made prior to the release date.
Choose your hotel and click “View Rates”. Click the blue “Reserve Room(s)” button. Fill out the form to reserve your room(s). Note: A Guest Receipt will immediately be emailed to you with your ARN reference number. You will also receive a hotel confirmation number approximately one week prior to the event.
