If you find a more competitively advertised price during the event dates, please contact our team immediately. Should you compare rates online, be mindful of promotions rates that are 'pre-paid' as you forfeit the right to cancel your reservation.

Should you seek to create a room block and your hotel of choice doesn’t show the necessary availability, please contact our customer service team. In most cases, we can add the requested rooms to your block. For property-specific details, please review the links below.

All guests reserve the right to cancel lodging reservations, for any reason, up to 72-hours prior to the event without penalty or charge. For any questions regarding a reservation you wish to cancel, please contact our customer service team at [email protected].

To confirm a block of rooms at one property, use the “HOLD A GROUP BLOCK” button on the right-hand side of the main booking page. Upon confirming your block, a private booking link will be sent via email. This link is sharable with parents, guests, and participants with detailed instructions on how to confirm individual rooms within the reserved BLOCK. An automated email will track the status of your group block reservations.

If a particular hotel of preference is not listed below, please contact our customer service team. Most often, we can reserve price protected room blocks at the specific hotel of your choice while also preserving access for changes and cancellations should your plans change.
