To confirm a block of rooms at one property, use the “HOLD A GROUP BLOCK” button on the right-hand side of the main booking page. Upon confirming your block, a private booking link will be sent via email. This link is sharable with parents, guests, and participants with detailed instructions on how to confirm individual rooms within the reserved BLOCK. An automated email will track the status of your group block reservations.

If a particular hotel of your choice is not listed below, please contact our customer service team. Most often, we can reserve price protected room blocks at the specific hotel of your preference while also preserving access for changes and cancellations should your plans change.
