To confirm a block of rooms at one property, use the “HOLD A GROUP BLOCK” button on the right-hand side of the main booking page. Upon confirming your block, a private booking link will be sent via email. This link is able to be shared with parents, guests, and participants and details instructions on how to book individual rooms within the BLOCK. An automated email will help track the status of your group block reservations.

We recommend booking your reservations sooner than later. As we approach the event date, room inventory may be more limited or unavailable. Within a few weeks of the event, reserved rooming contracts will expire. At such time, all unreserved rooms will be released back to the hotels, and our ability to book additional accommodations will be limited.
