Welcome to the tournament hotel reservation site for MADE Hoops. The MADE Hoops events are well attended events and rooms fill fast so do not delay in securing your room or team block. These room blocks and room rates are only available to you via this online service. Calling the hotel direct will only result in them referring you back to this online tool. If you need assistance with your reservation please view the booking instructions in the right navigation window, labeled “SUPPORT” or contact our hotel coordinators Shelley or John. Tournament Hotels have now closed for the Finale - Teams are able to book on their own. Due to the Nike Peach Jam Fest if you are still seeking rooms you may have to look 30+ miles or book individual rooms as inventory will be sparse.
Cut off date: All reservations must be made by June 9, 2019. Reservation needs after this date will be at the discretion of the teams.

To set aside a block of rooms for your team, Create a HOLD block.
1. Select your hotel choice
2. Select “View Rates”
3. Select “Hold Block”
4. Complete the requested information for the Hold Block and Select “Submit”.
5. Check your Inbox for email confirmation that includes all the details you can forward to your team.
In addition, you will receive a second email to help you manage this block (verify from your team who has secured rooms or not) and provide you reminders. Please advise your guests/team that they should receive a “confirmation email” as receipt that their respective reservation was completed correctly.
Tip: Different room types will require multiple Hold blocks. Collect all confirmation emails, combine details and send as one email to your team.
To make a reservation, A valid credit card will be required.

4. Complete the requested information, acknowledge the policies and conditions of this reservation and Select “Confirm Reservation”.
5. Check your Inbox for email confirmation that includes all the details of your reservation.
Please be advised that you MUST receive a “confirmation email” as receipt that the reservation was completed correctly. Should you not receive a confirmation email please contact us.
