We are pleased to assist you in securing hotel rooms for your upcoming event.
We do still have individual reservations available through the booking site at this time. Please understand you are viewing discounted public internet rates that are not affiliated with Site Search. Please make sure that you read the Deposit and Cancellation Policies before confirming your reservation as some rates may require advance prepayment and/or maybe non-cancellable / non-refundable. These rates/ cancellation policies will not be flexible or waived if the event cancels or if the event schedule changes at all. ***DO NOT CONTACT YOUR HOTEL DIRECTLY***
You will receive your hotel confirmation number approximately one week prior to the event. At that time you may contact the hotel directly. Housing closes 2 weeks prior to the event. If you still need accommodations after this time, please contact us directly at

Choose your hotel and click “View Rates”, then click "Create Group Block". Fill out the form to place rooms on hold. Note: An email will immediately be sent to you with a Reservation Booking LINK. Please forward it to your team members so that they can reserve their room from your BLOCK. This is a temporary hold, so the reservations must be made prior to the release date.
Choose your hotel and click “View Rates”. Click the blue “Reserve Room(s)” button. Fill out the form to reserve your room(s). Note: A Guest Receipt will immediately be emailed to you with your ARN reference number. You will also receive a hotel confirmation number approximately one week prior to the event.
