This is a STAY-TO-PLAY TOURNAMENT - all hotel reservations must be made through HBC Event Services.

3. Complete the block hold form and submit. Note: Please be sure to use your team name as registered with the tournament when setting up your block.
4. Check your email inbox for your group’s unique reservation link & be sure to send that out to all travelers
Finally, you have the ability to purchase a Travel Protection Plan with up to 100% for covered cancellations reasons as well as a Cancel for Any Reason benefit of 75% coverage of your unused non-refundable prepaid expenses for travel arrangements you paid for your trip, including the event registration costs.
