These room blocks and room rates are only available to you via this online service. Calling the hotel direct will only result in them referring you back to this online tool. If you need assistance with your reservation please view the booking instructions in the right navigation window, labeled “SUPPORT” or contact our hotel coordinators Shelley or John. THIS IS A STAY 2 PLAY event.
All reservations for the tournament must be made via the MADE Hoops Online Housing system. DO NOT contact the hotels directly for reservations, changes or cancellations prior to April 5, 2019 - our online housing and/or hotel coordinator will support you with those requirements. Our service allows for you to hold team blocks as you need to support your team(s) hotel rooms needed for this event. No additional forms or requests are needed for Team Blocks. Please refer to the right navigation for instructions on how to secure a Team Block. Check back often as additional hotels and rooms may be added as these blocks fill.
Cut off date: All reservations must be made by April 5, 2019.

To set aside a block of rooms for your team, Create a HOLD block.
1. Select your hotel choice
2. Select “View Rates”
3. Select “Hold Block”
4. Complete the requested information for the Hold Block and Select “Submit”.
5. Check your Inbox for email confirmation that includes all the details you can forward to your team.
In addition, you will receive a second email to help you manage this block (verify from your team who has secured rooms or not) and provide you reminders. Please advise your guests/team that they should receive a “confirmation email” as receipt that their respective reservation was completed correctly.
Tip: Different room types will require multiple Hold blocks. Collect all confirmation emails, combine details and send as one email to your team.
To make a reservation, A valid credit card will be required.

3. Select room type then “Book Rate”
4. Complete the requested information, acknowledge the policies and conditions of this reservation and Select “Confirm Reservation”.
5. Check your Inbox for email confirmation that includes all the details of your reservation.
Please be advised that you MUST receive a “confirmation email” as receipt that the reservation was completed correctly. Should you not receive a confirmation email please contact us.
