These room blocks and room rates are only available to you via this online service. Calling the hotel direct will only result in them referring you back to this online tool. Hotel blocks for the TAPPS Championship games have been contracted to support our incoming teams with rooms at discounted rates. Rooms will fill fast and the discounts are only available for a limited time. Our online service allows for you to secure an individual room or hold team blocks as you need to support your team(s) hotel rooms for this event. No additional forms or requests are needed for Team Blocks. Please refer to the right navigation for instructions on how to secure a Team Block (Hold a Group Block). Check back often as additional hotels and rooms may be added as these blocks fill.
Cut off date: November 14th, 2018.
All reservations must be made by this date to receive the best rooms and rates. Thereafter room rates may increase and availability may be limited.

1. Click “view rates” for the hotel of your choice
2. Review the information and click “Book My Team”
3. Complete the "Hold a Group Block" form and submit
4. Your group’s reservation link will be sent to your inbox. This needs to be forwarded to all team members
1. Select your hotel and "click" view rates
2. Choose your room type and "click" book rate
3. Fill out the reservation form with your information. Check the terms and conditions box. Accept the fee box then "click" "CONFIRM RESERVATION"
4. An email confirmation will be sent for your records.
