If this room type rate is not available please select different dates, as one night might be sold out of the group rate, and you can request that night in special requests.

If your dates are not available at the Event Hotel(s) rate you may place yourself on the Wait List by clicking the blue area below. Please be advised this is a WAITLIST ONLY, no alternate hotel reservation will be made for you. You may book an alternate reservation outside our block or at another hotel in the area on this website. All hotels are listed below, please read all terms and conditions carefully, as you will be subjected to that hotels policy for the reservation, and it will be your responsibility to cancel your alternate hotel if NTS is able to move your reservation to an event hotel at the group rate.
