Please be advised that we are past the cutoff date with the event hotels and all reservations are based upon availability at the hotel. Please place yourself on the WAITLIST by clicking on the Blue Waitlist area below. Please list the hotel you desire in the “Hotel Name” field on the payment page, and we will try and confirm your reservation. This is a WaitList ONLY no alternate hotel reservation will be made for you in the meantime.

You may book an alternate reservation outside our block or at another hotel in the area on this website. All hotels are listed below, please read all terms and conditions carefully, as you will be subjected to that hotels policy for the reservation, and it will be your responsibility to cancel your alternate hotel if NTS is able to move your reservation to a host hotel at the group rate.
