By choosing this option, you will automatically be waitlisted for an Event Hotel listed below. Should there be a cancellation, National Travel Systems will automatically book your reservation into an Event Hotel (based on your placement on the waitlist) and you will be subject to the cancellation policy of that Event Hotel. No other hotel will be booked at this time per your request.
If you have a specific hotel request please place that in required field on the payment page. If you choose to book your own hotel after placing yourself on the waitlist, as an alternate option, and you get moved from the waitlist into an Event Hotel it is your responsibility to cancel your alternate hotel.
